FreedomWritersCA is a Toronto-based online international affairs journal which was formed by Canadian university students who believe in open discussion, transparency, accountability, and activism. The site serves as a platform for students, scholars, academics, and professionals who are interested in publishing their ideas in order to stimulate debate and discussion among their peers. Readers can submit their articles for publication freely, and they can share their ideas and opinions without fear of censorship. The integral mission of FreedomWritersCA is to encourage dialogue on issues that matter most in today’s rapidly changing world.
Now in our second year, FreedomWritersCA has expanded to include contributors from various social and political backgrounds who are passionate about sharing the ideas they represent, focusing on a broad range of issues effecting today’s global village. While FreedomWritersCA is a Toronto-based project, the team includes volunteers from all corners of the world, ensuring a diverse range of regional and international perspectives.
